international is a network of artists and correspondents that creates
news by taking action. Actions in the physical public space that are newsworthy.
The P.A.P.A. correspondents report on a selected number of worldscripts.
Scripts everybody in the world takes part in. The details with a story*
they report on, are the fundament for the P.A.P.A. artists who design
actions that are newsworthy.
P.A.P.A. U, the general public is invited to add news as well as to take
part in the actions.
